1. Wide belt sanding: Wide belt sanding is mainly used for processing flat workpieces such as doors, frames and flats. Wide belt equipment includes single-head equipment and multi-head equipment as well as single-sided equipment and double-sided equipment.

2. Hand pressing sanding: Hand sanding is performed by pressing the back of a moving belt with a pad (handle, pad or automatic sander). Hand sand usually consists of two or more tension rolls that provide support and pressure to the belt.

3, corner sanding: corner sanding is mainly used to machine the wide and narrow surface of the workpiece, such as the narrow side of the flat. In addition, a wide variety of cabinets, tables and chairs (some with molded surfaces) are also suitable for corner sanding equipment.

4, portable sanding: portable sanding has a very flexible, with coarse-grained abrasive belt for workpiece thickness and surface coarse sanding, with fine-grained abrasive belt for fine sanding. Two sizes cannot be skipped between the two steps of thickness grinding. For example, if the rough grinding is particle size #40, the latter belt size cannot be finer than #60.

Model sanding: The sanding belt in the model sanding is usually completely contacted with the wood workpiece through a module, which is mainly used for processing the edge of the workpiece, the strip part and the special-shaped workpiece. The workpiece feed rate can be set to 130 ft/min and above. Workpiece belt speeds with complex shapes can be set to 2000 ft/min, while workpiece slabs or simple workpiece speeds can be set to 4000 ft/min.

6. Air drum sanding: Air drum sanding is used to polish irregular shapes and workpieces in the gallery. The air drum sander is wrapped in flexible canvas, and the air rising drum in the middle acts as a contact wheel, and its soft and hard depends on the internal air pressure. Commonly used in the processing of chair parts and table bases.
