Especially the influence of excessive humidity on sand belt is serious. In addition to water resistant sand belt, the general sand belt after the use of damp, are prone to break, wrinkle and other phenomena so that the sand belt scrap. In addition, when the wetted belt is grinding, the grinding object is easy to adhere to the surface of the belt, reducing the service life of the belt. High temperature and low humidity have a great influence on the paper-based belt, making it brittle and easy to break and scrap.

2. The storage of sand belts shall be cool, dry and ventilated; The abrasive belt should be placed on the shelf, not on the ground; The cargo rack shall be kept at a distance of 200-500mm from the floor and walls, and shall avoid being close to the heat dissipation and drainage devices; Try not to open the packing case with unused belt. Do not pile heavy objects on the belt boxes to avoid creases and cracks.
